By visiting our store and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).

1. Shopify Store Hosting

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our premium luxury gift boxes, watches, accessories, and fragrances to you. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Pricing and Product Variations

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products (including rings, watches, chains, and beauty sets). However, we cannot guarantee that your device's monitor display of any color or theme will be completely accurate.

3. Shipping & Standard Delivery

We charge a flat standard delivery rate of RS 300 for shipments across Pakistan. Orders are processed immediately and are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Any delay caused by the third-party courier service is beyond our direct liability.

4. Mandatory Parcel-Opening Video Policy (Anti-Fraud protection)

To maintain absolute transparency and prevent fraudulent claims, Stones of Heavens enforces a strict verification policy:

• Customers must record a continuous, uncut, and raw video while opening the shipping flyer/box.

• The video must start before the parcel seal is broken and must clearly display the shipping label, order details, the process of opening, and a close-up of all items inside.

• Any video with cuts, edits, pauses, or recorded after the package has already been opened will be considered invalid.

• Important Notice: If a customer fails to provide a proper parcel-opening video starting from the sealed package, we reserve the absolute right to reject any refund or replacement claim.

5. Verified Damages, Misplaced or Incorrect Items

If a valid parcel-opening video strictly proves that an item inside arrived damaged, broken, or different from what was ordered, we offer two modes of resolution:

• 100% Money-Back Refund: The full order amount will be processed and credited directly back to your bank account or mobile wallet within 2 to 3 working days.

• Free-of-Cost Replacement: We will dispatch a brand-new item to your doorstep, and our brand will bear 100% of the additional shipping charges.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site—such as product descriptions, graphics, brand logos, website banners, images, and marketing text under the brand name Stones of Heavens—is our exclusive property and protected by copyright laws. Copying or modifying our material for commercial use without permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Order Adjustments & Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel any order placed on our store. This includes orders where a product is displayed with an incorrect price due to system or typographical errors. In such cases, we will notify you using the contact number/WhatsApp/email address provided at the time of the order.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the commercial and consumer protection laws of Pakistan.
