💳 Order Confirmation & Advance Shipping Payment

To maintain a smooth and genuine service, we operate under a strict order confirmation policy:

• Advance Shipping Fee: A standard shipping fee of RS 300 applies to all orders across Pakistan.

• Advance Payment Required: Your order will ONLY be processed and confirmed once the RS 300 shipping charges are paid in advance.

• Remaining Balance (COD): Once the advance shipping fee is paid, the remaining product amount can be paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) at your doorstep or via bank transfer/mobile wallet before dispatch.

• Processing Delay: If the advance shipping payment is not received within 24 hours of placing your order, the order will automatically be cancelled.

🚚 Delivery Timelines

• Dispatch: Once your advance shipping fee is received and your order is confirmed, we dispatch your package within 24 to 48 hours.

• Standard Delivery Time: Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your city and location in Pakistan.

• Tracking Your Order: After dispatch, we will share a tracking number with you via SMS or WhatsApp so you can monitor your package’s journey in real-time.

📦 Receiving Your Package (Crucial Security Notice)

As per our store policy, please remember to record a continuous, uncut video of your parcel opening starting from the sealed packaging. This video is mandatory to claim any refunds or free replacements in case of damaged or incorrect items.
